A message from the Chairman: Mark Williams
Having taken over and developed the family business I remain committed to maintaining the close working relationships we’ve established with our existing client base. Going that extra mile to ensure the reputation for the quality of workmanship carried out by all R&M Williams employees and associates is maintained to the existing high standard is of utmost importance. R&M Williams have been established in the Building and Painting Industry for 45 yrs and are now a sector leading service provider in both Building Maintenance and Social Housing Refurbishment. I have come to recognise that through every step of our development, the greatest asset that R&M Williams holds as a company is the dedicated team of staff.
With the continued development of our business we have broadened our outlook and service provision, myself having taken the role of Chairman of R&M Williams Building Group in 2011 with the appointment of Darryn Parry as Managing Director of R&M Williams Ltd, to continue our expansion into General Contracting and Design & Build Sector. In 2009 we acquired Williams PM ltd to deliver Electrical & Mechanical services installation whilst our Holdings Company are actively developing residential housing for both private and social sector. More recently we launched Local Consortium Wales LLP, a special purpose vehicle for Public Sector Procurement, securing our place on the 21st Century Schools framework.
