R&M Williams are committed to providing a safe working environment for our employees and subcontractors, whilst remaining vigilant of the general public at and near our sites.
We have developed a comprehensive safety policy, employ a full time Safety Officer and ensure all employees receive regular health and safety training. Over 90% of our operatives have successfully completed their health and safety tests, and are holders of CSCS cards. R&M Williams are a 'CHAS' registered (Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) and a member of the "Working Well Together Group" working with other construction companies to raise health and safety standards in the industry.
For a number of years we have worked with other major construction groups to implement various health and safety initiatives and have won numerous awards as a result.
