Refurbishment and Social Housing

R&M Williams delivers housing improvement projects throughout Wales & the West in the form of planned, reactive and cyclical maintenance. We are committed to improving and maintaining the physical standard and condition of existing houses to the Welsh Housing Quality Standard as set out by the Welsh Assembly Government.

Improvement programmes undertaken include day-to-day responsive maintenance, void refurbishments, painting (both commercial and domestic), planned maintenance, which includes kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, boundary wall replacements, central heating installation, electrical upgrades and external enveloping schemes.

Our skilled tradesmen are fully trained and qualified and the experience they provide will ensure minimum disruption throughout the project.
Aware of our social footprint we endeavour to regenerate employment in the area and recruit locally in all trades.

R&M Williams provide a dedicated call centre whereby we can speak direct to tenants or via another third party as per our client instructions. Call centre staff are highly trained in "Tracker" questions which will minimise disruption costs.

We are currently partnering successfully with housing associations, local authorities and private companies which allows us to reduce costs and improve efficiency. In delivering the service within partnering agreements we recognise the importance of building relationships and trust with mutual respect to other similar organisations while maintaining profitability to all parties involved within the supply chain.
