R&M Williams have recently completed the dry¬lining and painting work on this new development of 186 luxury timber lodges. This ambitious scheme is one of the largest construction projects to have been completed in Wales and has seen the creation of a 'new' traditional Celtic village.

Painting and decorating work on the prestigious Five Star St David’s Hotel situated in Cardiff Bay was carried out for Laing Construction Ltd. The specification required an exceptionally high finish.
The work undertaken included decoration and fire protection painting which was carried out to a tight programme to facillitate the playing of two international rugby matches prior to full completion, which involved up to 60 skilled craftsmen for each phase.
Painting this was a difficult contract as we had a very tight timescale. To overcome this we provided painters and decorators night & day. The scheme also included a challenging colour scheme. This project was opened in March 2008 by HRH The Queen.
