This is a 3 year framework agreement which encompasses all trades including gas and covers all of Newydd's South Wales housing stock in the Vale of Glamorgan (Barry & Penarth) and the Valleys (Aberdare, Glynneath, Rhydyfelin, Pontypridd and Gilfach Goch).
