Client:   Valleys to Coast

We are performing regeneration works for a  North Cornelly community for Valleys to Coast.   This scheme involves 79 homes of various property types – houses, flats, semi-detached and detached properties in Heol Degwm and Heol Llan, North Cornelly.

An open day was held by R&M Williams and Valleys to Coast to explain to the residents the nature of the works and how disruption would be managed.  While these works are being performed on their homes, it is important that life for the residents continues as normal and R&M Williams’ prime consideration is that of ensuring the health and safety of residents and others in the vicinity.

This scheme is set to be a resounding success, given the experience of R&M Williams performing similar works and the support from Valleys to Coast and the local community.  Residents can look forward to benefiting from improved appearances of their properties and reduced heating costs through the improved insulation.

Value: £2 million
