The Pierhead Building, Cardiff Bay

 This project involved the restoration and refurbishment of the prestigious Pierhead Building at Cardiff Bay to form a multi-use arts facility.  The building is of high historical importance and is Grade I listed.

 

 

The works comprised of 3 main elements:-

1) The formation of a multi-use facility within the main hall

2) Exhibition displays and interactive displays to a number of rooms on the ground floor and first floor, together with associated mechanical and electrical installations and builders work.

3) Limited building works and alteration works and finishes in assocation with the above.
