R & M Williams Ltd have performed kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works since 2004, maintaining and improving the physical condition of domestic properties. We have performed over 2000 installations of kitchens and bathrooms in this period.
The works include:-

- resident consultation is performed through visits, open days and coffee mornings where all aspects of the works are discussed and residents are given the opportunity to ask questions about the schemes.
- quick turnarounds and a high quality completed installation which ensures disruption to the resident is minimised and total resident satisfaction is achieved.
- all elements including electrical and gas are supplied

Client: Cardiff City Council
A 3 year contract to install new kitchens and bathroom to WHQS, this project has been renewed 3 times as a result of our past performance. This project involves prior tenant consultation through visits, open days and coffee mornings, providing them with a choice of finishes and colours. We carry out all trade refurbishment in this contract with 'in-house' labour, including electrical, plumbing, gas and heating.
Resident satisfaction is measured and R&M Williams performance by a series of KPIs of which we consistently perform better than other organisations performing the same works. Resident Liaison is employed on this contract.
Client: Caerphilly Council
This is a 3 year planned maintenance to replace kitchens and bathrooms. This project involves prior resident consultation through visits, open days and coffee mornings, providing them with a choice of finishes and colours. All details and specification are supplied by the council.
Client: Merthyr Valleys Homes
This is a 4 year contract to perform refurbishments of kitchens, bathrooms and electrical rewires of homes in the Merthyr valleys district. Prior resident consultation takes place through visits, open days and coffee mornings. We are working closely with Job Match to recruit locally for this contract at all skill levels and in all trades.
Client: Powys County Council
This project involves prior tenant consultation through site visits and surveys, providing them with a limited choice of finishes and colours as per client specification. The kitchen manufacturerperforms the survey and produces kitchen schematics in Autocad for the residents to view.
