Chepstow Gatehouse

This scheme comprised of the refurbishment of the Chepstow Town Council's main offices.

Works on this Grade II listed building as fully supervised by the "Civic Society" and were carried out to reflect CADW requirements.

These works included the general repairs, replacement windows, a lead roof, basement damp proofing, a new spiral staircase, full mechanical and electrical works and lift installation.

With its town centre location in a busy pedestrian area, logistics and Health and Safety were key issues in this project. Through our careful management and intensive planning we ensured a successful outcome to the project which was completed on time, safely and to budget.
