
Insole court is a Victorian mansion set in ornamental gardens in the ancient cathedral city of Llandaff within Cardiff. Today it is a living community resource serving the needs of a wide range of people.
R&M Williams restored the ground floor of this Grade II listed property from it's dilapidated state into an elegant and modern establishment to be used as an adult education centre and local community centre.
The scope of works included the removal and re-rendering of lime plaster to walls, replacement of lead roof coverings, pointing to stonework, new lightening conductor, new mechanical and electrical works including IT, fire and intruder alarms , repairs to joinery, removal of asbestos, structural repairs, painting and decorating
Access to the general public to the property's grounds had to be maintained for the duration of the contract
